The road to World Championship Motorsport
Welcome to the Womens Race Series
We are looking for female drivers and female co-drivers that wish to compete in our Road to Europe Challenge commencing in 2026, utilising a three step process that initially uses 10 one-make Group N Cars in Rallying and Racing, and is all backed by three major global entities.
Each year is an all-female affair in the same way as the F1 Academy operates, although the first year (2025) utilises 10 identical Group N Cars that can either be a turn-key operation supplied by our company, or can be a car that you build and run yourself, which is where things differ from the F1 Academy. When you enter our 2025 competition, you are immediately 1 of 10 all-female drivers heading towards a full time career in Motorsport, through our connections in Europe.
The winner of the 10 all female driver competition in 2025 will then drive a much more developed and much faster Competition Car in the second year (2026), which is supplied by us free of charge for 6 events, 3 of which are gravel rally events, and 3 on the race track. The driver that then amasses the most points during 2026 will go on to stage 3 of the competition in 2027.
The third year (2027) is contested in an R5 Full Spec Car that is once again supplied by us free of charge to the winner of the 2026 Womens Race Series competition, and once again will come with full support in every way from us, with a view to then projecting the winning driver into a full time seat in one of several European Race or Rally Championships.
We have spent considerable time creating this format especially for female drivers and female co-drivers that ultimately wish to compete at World level, and have formed many valuable associations along the way that are now part of our Institute. The aim is to showcase the simplest route for new lady drivers into the World Championship competition in a similar way to the F1 Academy, using over 30 years of rally experience to do so. Our championship does allow additional loose surface skills to be gained, creating higher skill levels amongst the ladies.
Each year consists of 6 rounds of Competition, 3 rounds of gravel Rallying, and 3 rounds of Circuit Racing. This formula follows the very well-proven recipe that saw ladies like Louise Aitken-Walker become so successful in Rallying some time back, as she won the Faberge Fiesta Challenge at that time. Having access to both Rallying and Circuit Racing increases driver skills in a way that no other competition can. Each driver will have an identical car to every other driver within our competition, as we will be maintaining and testing all of the cars ourselves at our facilities, even if you initially build the car yourself.
The competition is purely about driving, and is about offering talented ladies a simple three step process that will take them right into top level contention by allowing them to compete with others on even ground whilst learning the roads of the 6 events contested.
